Carlotta. was founded in Garbatella, Rome's most authentic neighbourhood, where life flows between laundry hanging out to dry and neighbours greeting each other from their windows, a neighbourhood that smells of warm bread and sincere laughter.
Here we wanted to create a space where cooking returns to what it has always been: a meeting point between people, cultures and stories.
